Our Board of Trustees is a supreme body and practically owner of the PAPS. If for any reason, the Cabinet of the PAPS takes a decision which is in contradiction to the byelaws of the PAPS, Board of Trustees can intervene and declare that decision null & void. Outgoing president becomes the ex-officio Chairman of the board of trustees for a term of two years.
